CIVIL CEREMONIES

We have been granted a special license to hold civil marriage ceremonies in three of our public rooms;

The Drawing Room, licensed for up to 10 seated guests for the ceremony (including the bride & groom).  

Room Hire is £125 + VAT. 

The Coln Room, licensed for up to 24 seated guests for the ceremony (including the bride & groom).  

Room Hire is £250 + VAT. 

The Bridge Room, licensed for up to 80 seated guests for the ceremony.  

Room Hire is £450 + VAT

We do not offer a set wedding package, as your special day is tailored to suit your individual requirements.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Overseen from start to finish by our experienced in house wedding planner, who will be delighted to handle all arrangements, advise on local suppliers, compose menu's and suggest wines to make your day extra special.

BRIDAL SUITE

Deluxe Four Poster Fossebridge Room, with a stunning lake and garden view. Additionally the old stable buildings have recently been converted into a luxurious self-catering cottage. An ideal romantic retreat for the happy couple.

EXCLUSIVE HIRE OPTION

We kindly request that any wedding party planning music of any kind, must book all of the nine hotel rooms and holiday cottages for exclusive use. We offer wedding party guests a 10% discount off the advertised room rates. The dining pub and grounds will remain open to the public.

Price on application, as all weddings are tailored to the couple’s individual requirements.

MARQUEE USE

Our four acres of stunning grounds are ideal for a marquee reception on the lawn for up to 120 guests, with an optional covered walkway linking to the Bridge Room within the hotel. Regarding food options, you might consider a traditional afternoon tea, hog roast, charcoal BBQ or finger buffet. There is also the opportunity to use the private dining rooms in addition to the marquee; The Coln Room is ideal for a DJ and disco, whilst the adjacent Bridge Room offers entertaining space for a stand up drinks/canapé, finger buffet reception.  Both rooms used together can comfortably accommodate up to 90 guests.  

Please note we only permit the use of our own marquee supplier, whom we have worked closely with for the last eight years.  An initial meeting is advised, so that we may create a proposal according to individual requirements
