Lakeside House is a beautiful Grade II listed property, set in a private location within the grounds of “The Inn at Fossebridge”, in the heart of the Cotswold’s countryside. Guests have access to all the Inn’s services, including its cosy bar and private dining facilities.

The property is located in the pretty hamlet of Fossebridge in The Cotswolds, where the Fosse Way drops into the valley of the River Coln.

The accommodation in the cottage is very spacious; comfortably sleeping 10 guests in 2 King Rooms, 1 twin and a dormitory room with four single beds. With advance notice one z bed is available for a nightly charge of £20.00 and a travel cot for £10 per night.
There is a large traditional sitting room with a log burning stove. It is tastefully furnished with comfortable arm chairs, occasional chairs and two large sofa’s. A Bang & Olufsen Television with Sky HD, Free Wi-Fi, and a DVD & Video Player are installed. Adjacent, on the ground floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a newly installed en-suite bathroom, with shower cubicle, bath, twin vanity unit and a W.C. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a miele dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave, large freestanding fridge-freezer and a gas hob with electric fan oven.

The dining area is adjacent with a large farmhouse table and ten dining chairs. Also on the ground floor is the Twin bedroom with a wash basin. Upstairs is there is a Double bedroom with a King bed, wooden cot (only a fitted cot sheet provided) and a wash basin. Adjacent is the fourth bedroom with four single beds. On the same floor is a family bathroom with a bath, shower over the bath, W.C. and a wash basin. The Cottage has a private entrance, two driveways with parking for 5 cars and an enclosed front garden.
